Job summary

BDO Ireland is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our HR team in Dublin. You will lead the strategic recruitment across Dublin, Limerick and regional offices, partnering with partners and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and deliver end-to-end hiring.

The role covers graduate and internship programs, employer branding, candidate experience, analytics, and compliance. You will coach the TA team and drive best practices in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition and resourcing.
• Proven ability to lead graduate campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder influence across levels.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment.
• Analytical mindset with recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across Dublin and regional offices.

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines.
• Drive employer branding and campus engagement.
• Ensure candidate experience and compliance.
• Produce recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Oversee onboarding coordination.
