Job summary

APLEONA IRELAND LIMITED is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to support day-to-day service operations, improve performance with data-driven insights, and coordinate technical teams. The role combines operational support, systems management, reporting, and workflow optimisation to enhance service delivery.

Key duties include tracking KPIs, using Power BI to analyse data, producing reports for management, and providing IT and systems support. Suitable for remote or blended work in Ireland.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant operations/support role.
  • Level 4 qualification or IT-related qualification accepted.
  • English fluency at high level (C2).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Track and monitor KPIs to measure operational efficiency and service performance.
  • Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate actionable insights.
  • Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues.
  • Conduct workflow analysis and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools and processes.
  • Coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage and response times.
  • Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity.
  • Support ongoing system improvements and process enhancements.

Job Description

The Technical Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day service operations, improving performance through data-driven insights, and ensuring efficient coordination of technical teams. The role combines operational support, systems management, reporting, and workflow optimisation to enhance service delivery.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and service performance
  • Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations
  • Conduct workflow analysis, recommend data-driven improvements, and support the implementation of operational systems and digital tools
  • Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools, and processes to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Schedule and coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage, efficiency, and response times
  • Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity and streamline operations
  • Support ongoing system improvements and process enhancements across the service function

Qualifications and experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Good understanding of operational workflows and service environments
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities
  • Effective communication with both technical teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in IT support, service operations, or facilities coordination (desirable)
