Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to join our team. This role supports day-to-day IT and service operations, monitors KPIs, and provides system troubleshooting to keep services running smoothly.

You will analyse data with Power BI, produce clear reports for management, and coordinate engineering workflows to improve productivity and compliance. Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, in-office Dublin location.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
Understanding of operational workflows and service environments.
Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
Effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders.
Experience in IT support, service operations, or facilities coordination (desirable).

Responsibilities

Track and monitor KPIs to measure operational efficiency and service performance.
Use Power BI to analyse operational data and generate insights for improvements.
Produce clear, structured reports for management and stakeholders.
Provide day-to-day IT and systems support, troubleshooting issues.
Conduct workflow analysis and support data-driven improvements.
Train and onboard engineers on systems, tools, processes.
Schedule and coordinate engineering teams to maximise coverage.
Manage and optimise technical workflows to improve productivity.
Support ongoing system improvements across the service function.
