Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a Technical Account Manager in Ireland to own the post-sale technical relationship across a portfolio of corporate accounts. You will drive product adoption, environment health, and long-term value realization in collaboration with the Customer Success team.

You will guide onboarding, manage escalations, and act as a trusted advisor, coordinating with IT operations, finance, and software engineering stakeholders to maximize Nerdio Manager usage and Azure cost savings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, consulting, or technical support.
• Technical background in cloud computing, infrastructure, or related fields.
• Experience deploying or supporting VDI environments; AVD experience preferred.
• Understanding of XaaS business models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding of customers, including environment review and use-case setup.
• Manage a book of corporate accounts and be the primary technical contact.
• Act as trusted technical advisor and coordinate cross-functional touchpoints.
• Run regular check-ins with proactive optimization recommendations and TVRs.
• Collect and analyze customer data to identify trends and drive value realization.
