Job summary

Nerdio is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own the post-sale technical relationship for a book of Enterprise accounts. You will drive product adoption, environment health, and long-term value realization in partnership with the Customer Success team.

This senior IC role includes mentoring other TAMs and managing complex deployments of Nerdio Manager across the AVD/Azure ecosystem, while coordinating with IT operations, finance, and software engineering stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in account management, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong technical background in cloud computing or related fields.
• Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing VDI environments; AVD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale technical relationship for Enterprise accounts; drive adoption and value realization.
• Lead onboarding, environment review, and implementation runbooks for customers.
• Act as trusted advisor; coordinate across IT ops, finance, and engineering stakeholders.
