Job summary

Presidio in Ireland seeks a Technical Account Manager to lead IT infrastructure services for corporate and SMB clients across finance, pharma, and public sectors. You will guide a high-performing team to deliver world-class service and technical excellence in complex IT environments.

This strategic, people-first role acts as a CTO for clients, shaping IT roadmaps, managing SLAs, and partnering with Service Delivery, PMO, Sales, and Solutions to ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in TAM, technical consulting, or senior infrastructure support.
• Proven people management experience in a technical environment.
• Hands-on expertise across IT infrastructure areas (Network, Servers, Azure, VMware, Security).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL frameworks.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in complex, high-pressure environments with global clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical account management for top client accounts.
• Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure services including Network, Servers, Storage, Security, Virtualization, Cloud (Azure), Microsoft technologies (O365, Intune), and Data Centre operations.
• Own service metrics (SLAs, OLAs, KPIs) and drive continual service improvements.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and project execution.
• Act as the de facto CTO for client accounts, advising on IT strategy and innovation.
