Teckro Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers and agencies to hire quickly and fairly. You will help implement best practices, including structured interviews and an employee referral programme, while ensuring GDPR compliance and high-quality candidate experiences.

The role reports to the Head of HR and is based in a hybrid setup with three days in the office.

Formación

• 2–3 years in recruitment, in-house or agency.
• Experience with technology or fast-growth companies.
• Knowledge of GDPR in recruitment and Irish employment law.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run the full recruitment cycle with hiring managers and candidates.
• Embed recruitment best practice: structured interviews and scorecards.
• Design and run the employee referral programme.
• Coordinate interview training for hiring managers.
• Source candidates directly and build pipelines for recurring roles.
• Liaise with agencies for niche roles; track terms and performance.
• Prepare offers and contracts in line with approved salary bands.
• Coordinate background and right-to-work checks with external providers.
• Manage candidates in the ATS in line with GDPR guidance.
• Smooth handover of new hires to onboarding.
