Job summary

PRC Recruitment Ltd in Ireland is seeking a recruitment professional to deliver AE, SDR, sales manager, sales engineer and customer success hires for our Scale practice. You will take live briefs from kick-off to accepted offers, with no cold-calling targets and a focus on finding the right people and running a clean process.

Bring 5 years of tech sales or GTM recruitment, strong phone confidence with active sales candidates, and an understanding of SaaS sales dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5 years filling tech sales or GTM roles, from an agency or similar.
• Confidence on the phone with salespeople who aren’t looking to move.
• Understanding of SaaS sales team mechanics: quota, ramp, ARR, cycles and territory.
• Written judgement: explain in one paragraph why someone is right for a role.
• Organised CRM discipline with reliable follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Map the market for Scale roles by company and by name, not by job-board keywords.
• Approach passive candidates by phone, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Screen against client sales team needs, not just the job spec.
• Present tight shortlists for each vacancy.
• Run interviews, gather feedback, manage offers and counter-offers.
• Keep candidates warm through notice periods and into the first 90 days.
• Keep the ATS accurate: every call, note and stage change; if it’s not in Spott, it’s not done.
