Job summary

Randstad Digital UK seeks an IT Recruitment Specialist to support sourcing and delivering top technology talent. You will manage the full candidate lifecycle and ensure timely, high-quality delivery to clients.

Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, matching to client requirements, and building strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms while collaborating with account managers to meet expectations and maintain accurate ATS/CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting IT roles across diverse tech specialisms.
• Experience with System Integrators SI.
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle multiple roles concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and manage IT candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Match candidates to client requirements and manage interview/offer processes.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across IT specialisms.
• Work closely with account managers to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track delivery KPIs.
