Job summary

Susquehanna International Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Recruiting team. You will partner with hiring managers across front and back-office technology groups to identify, engage and hire exceptional talent.

As part of a collaborative team, you will shape hiring strategies, provide market insight and ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience recruiting within a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-impact technology roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, recruitment expertise and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking and agency partnerships.
• Monitor technology talent markets, competitor activity and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen our approach.
• Track, analyse and utilise recruitment metrics and market insights to support hiring decisions, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Identify and implement process improvements, innovative sourcing approaches and recruitment tools to enhance hiring effectiveness.
• Represent Susquehanna at networking events, industry meetups and other talent engagement activities to strengthen our presence within the technology community.
