Job summary

HR Search is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fast-growing global SaaS business operating in Identity Verification. The role is hybrid in Ireland with 3 days onsite and 2 remote, supporting engineering, technology, product, GTM, and corporate functions across international markets.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment, develop proactive sourcing, advise hiring managers, and leverage data for improved hiring outcomes in EMEA, US and APAC.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years' full-cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years' technical recruitment experience within SaaS or technology.
• Proven experience recruiting technical roles, particularly Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE or Product.
• International recruitment experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Recruit across Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Product, Sales, Marketing and Corporate functions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and strong talent pipelines.

Talent Acquisition Partner - Global SaaS

Location: Ireland | Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 remote

Contract: 12-month FTC | Potential: Extension or permanent opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing global SaaS technology business operating within the Identity Verification (IDV) sector, to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter with strong technical hiring experience to join a global organisation and play a key role in scaling teams across Engineering, Technology, Product, GTM and Corporate functions.

The Role

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across international markets.

Key responsibilities include:

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• 4-7+ years' full-cycle recruitment experience.
• At least 3 years' technical recruitment experience within SaaS or technology.
• Proven experience recruiting technical roles, particularly Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, SRE or Product.
• International recruitment experience is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing and talent-pipelining skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability.
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
