Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Recruiting team in Ireland. You will partner with front and back-office technology leaders to attract, engage and hire exceptional technology talent across disciplines.

You'll build strong pipelines, provide market insight, guide hiring managers through the process, and shape hiring strategies while delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience recruiting in a high-performance environment.
• Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative talent.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, talent markets and best practices.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, providing recruitment expertise and market insight.
• End-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing, offers and candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technology hiring managers and colleagues to develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-impact technology roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight and recruitment guidance throughout the process.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking and agency partnerships.
• Monitor technology talent markets, competitor activity and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies.
• Track, analyse and utilise recruitment metrics to support hiring decisions and drive improvement.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative sourcing approaches.
• Represent Susquehanna at networking events and talent engagement activities.
