The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications
