Job summary

Susquehanna International Group is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Recruiting team in Ireland. You will partner with front and back-office technology leaders to attract, engage and hire exceptional technology talent across disciplines.

You'll build strong pipelines, provide market insight, guide hiring managers through the process, and shape hiring strategies while delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience recruiting in a high-performance environment.
• Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative talent.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, talent markets and best practices.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, providing recruitment expertise and market insight.
• End-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, interviewing, offers and candidate relationships.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight and recruitment guidance throughout the process.

As our technology organisation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Recruiting team. You'll partner with hiring managers across our front and back-office technology teams to identify, engage and hire exceptional technology talent.

You'll join a collaborative team of recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to attract, engage and hire exceptional technology talent. You'll also play an important role in shaping hiring strategies, providing market insight and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience recruiting within a high-performance environment.
• Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative talent across a range of disciplines, ideally within financial services, technology or other highly competitive hiring environments.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, technical roles, talent markets and recruitment best practices.
• Experience working in highly selective hiring environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, providing recruitment expertise and market insight to support hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and candidate relationship management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving mindset, curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.
