Job summary

easyHotel in Dublin is seeking a friendly Team Member Receptionist for a full-time, permanent position. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, queries and ensuring a smooth arrival experience.

You will join a values-driven team with competitive pay (€14.45 per hour) and benefits such as staff discounts, pension and health perks. Fluent English and right to work are required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work as Full Timer.

Responsibilities

• Happy with flexible working.
• Support with day to day operations.
• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience.
• Dealing with guest queries and complaints.
• Inspecting rooms and communicating to maintenance or housekeeping with any issues.
• Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews.
• Ensuring smooth process through the hotel booking system.
