Job summary

easyHotel is hiring a Team Member for the Night Shift at our Dublin property. This part-time, permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate of 14.45 EUR and a chance to contribute to great guest experiences.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, handle inquiries, and support daily operations to ensure smooth, friendly service. Prior hospitality experience and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must hold valid Right to Work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with a warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out.
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Support day-to-day hotel operations and housekeeping communications.
• Be the first point of contact for guest experience and feedback.
• Assist with room inspections and report issues to maintenance.

Role & responsibilities:

• Happy with flexible working
• Support with day to day operations
• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience
• Dealing with guest queries and complaints
• Inspecting rooms and communicating to maintenance or housekeeping with any issues
• Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5* reviews
• Ensuring smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality experience
• Fluent in English
• Must hold a valid Right to Work
