Prior hospitality experience and English fluency are essential, plus valid right to work for a full-time position. Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work as Full Timer.

Responsibilities

• Happy with flexible working.
• Support with day to day operations.
• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience.
• Dealing with guest queries and complaints.
• Inspecting rooms and communicating issues to maintenance or housekeeping.
• Ensuring positive guest experiences, contributing to 5* reviews.
• Ensure smooth processes through the hotel booking system.
