Job summary

Primark Galway is seeking a Store Team Manager to help run daily store operations and lead a department with a focus on commercial planning, stock, and visual impact. You will oversee tills and fitting rooms when needed and organise a team of Retail Assistants to deliver strong sales and customer experience.

You will motivate and coach staff, drive development through digital learning, and contribute to a welcoming, high-performing store culture within a global retailer.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for an allocated section or department of your store – including commercial planning, stock management, planograms, creating visual impact and of course sales.
• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.
