Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Ireland invites applications for a Team Manager at Primark Mary Street. You will lead daily store operations, coach your team and drive exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management team to support the daily running of the store.

• Oversee till areas or fitting rooms when required.
• Organise your team of Retail Assistants, setting tasks daily.
• Motivate and coach your team to provide an exceptional store environment and customer experience while optimising sales.

Salary: €47,375

Contract: Full-Time Fixed Purpose (3 months)
