Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Letterkenny is seeking a Department Manager to drive daily store operations and lead a team across departments. The role includes stock ordering, merchandising, and achieving sales goals through strong leadership.

Salary: €52,559

Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.

• In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.
