Resilience Healthcare L.L.C. in Cork seeks a Team Leader to support the Service Manager with operational leadership, people development and service delivery.

You will remain actively involved in frontline supports and play a key role in staff development and regulatory compliance. You will lead by example, supervise and mentor staff, deliver induction and coaching, support recruitment, complete audits and manage incidents, safeguarding and rostering.

Formación

• QQI Level 5 qualification required.
• Minimum 3+ years' leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
• Full driving licence required.
• Experience supervising staff and delivering coaching/induction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and supervise, motivate and mentor staff.
• Deliver induction and coaching to new staff.
• Support recruitment activities and staffing decisions.
• Complete audits and contribute to quality assurance.
• Manage incidents and safeguarding in line with regulations.
• Assist rostering and payroll processes.
• Develop future leaders through structured development.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and develop person-centred services.
