Embrace Living Residential Service in Leinster is looking for a Team Leader to provide high-quality support services focused on the strengths of residents with disabilities. The position offers a competitive salary between €36,342 and €39,188 annually, as well as a new joiner bonus and various professional development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• QQI/Fetac level 5 qualification in healthcare with at least 1 year's experience.
• OR hold a Nursing Degree registered with NMBI.
• Experience in staff supervision is desirable.

The role of the Team Leader is essential to ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality strengths-based service that focuses on our residents’ core interests and encourages their development of new skills.

Your profile:

• Hold a QQI/Fetac level 5 qualification in healthcare with at least 1 year's experience in disability services OR
• Hold a Nursing Degree (be registered in the relevant division of the live register of nurses, maintained by the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Experience in overseeing the supervision of staff would be highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full manual driving licence

You are also responsible for providing your team with guidance and support and ensuring that they deliver on our promise of a strengths-based approach with our residents.

Pay: €36,342.00-€39,188.00 per year
