Job summary

TTM Healthcare Limited is seeking a Team Leader in Midleton, Co. Cork, to lead a team delivering person-centred, rights-based support in a disability service. You will supervise staff, ensure high-quality care, and promote independence and community participation for service users.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare Support.
• Experience in a leadership capacity is desirable.
• 3 years' experience in a Health or Social Care Setting as a Care Assistant / Support Worker.
• Strong working knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, dedication and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Support Workers, providing supervision, mentoring, coaching and staff development.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred, rights-based support, promoting service users' independence, well-being and community inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, safeguarding requirements, risk management procedures and quality assurance audits.
• Support day-to-day operations, including staff rostering, payroll, recruitment, inductions and service user transitions.
• Develop, implement and review Person-Centred Plans, supporting service users to achieve their personal goals, build life skills and participate meaningfully in their local communities.
