Job summary

Resilience Healthcare in Ireland seeks a Team Leader to support the Service Manager with operational leadership, people development and service delivery. You will stay actively involved in frontline supports and help ensure person-centred, compliant services.

The role focuses on developing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving quality improvements across the service, with opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role.
• Experience leading teams and rostering.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulations.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the standard for the team.
• Supervise, motivate and mentor staff.
• Deliver induction and coaching for new staff.
• Support recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Complete internal audits and quality checks.
• Manage incidents and safeguarding.
• Assist rostering and payroll administration.
• Develop future leaders within the team.
