The role focuses on leading a dedicated team to ensure high-quality person-centred care and to support vulnerable individuals in the community. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, promoting best practices, and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues to achieve service goals and improvements.

• QQI Level 5 Qualification in Healthcare Support.
• Experience in Healthcare.
• 2 years' experience in a Health or Social Care Setting as a Care Assistant / Support Worker.
• Excellent communication and ability to work as part of a team.
