Job summary

Diageo plc is seeking a Process Operator at the St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin to oversee tanker operations dispatching road tankers to Belfast, Runcorn and beyond.

You will monitor the process control system, ensure food safety and quality compliance, and work with brewing operations, planning and logistics to mitigate risks to customer service. Ideal candidates have manufacturing FMCG experience, a solid understanding of SAP, and a sharp eye for detail with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG.
• Experience using SAP would be an advantage.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-tanker quality analysis to ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Clean, fill and import tankers using the process control system.
• Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to protect customer service.
• Manage production plans and KPIs, respond quickly to keep processes on track.
• Support changeovers and optimization across machines and lines.
