Job summary

Bulmers Ireland is seeking a Quality Dispense Team Lead to join the Brands Dispense team. You will report to the Brands Dispense Quality Manager and lead a small team responsible for routine servicing and maintenance of beer, cider, wine, and other dispense equipment to ensure the highest quality of product dispense.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling against KPIs, coordination with sales, and occasional overtime or weekend work for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Quality Dispense or Installation technician role.
• Full driving license.
• Ability to assist with budgetary control.
• Willingness to be mobile across ROI.
• Health & Safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of dispense technicians.
• Undertake routine servicing and maintenance of dispense equipment.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.
• Plan and complete work schedules against KPIs.
• Assess quality work, trade information, reporting, and stock control.
• Support planned maintenance scheduling as required.
• Be available for overtime or weekend events when needed.
• Train staff and customers on installation or dispense techniques.
• Oversee health and safety best practices.
