Job summary

Diageo Ireland in Dublin is seeking an Export Market Service Owner to manage end-to-end Beer Order-to-Cash for global markets. You will coordinate order entry through delivery, act as primary contact for queries, and partner with production sites and freight providers to meet OTIF and quality standards.

This fast-paced, process-driven role requires strong SAP and Excel skills, export knowledge and ability to influence across functions while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience of export processes, freight documentation and shipping terminology.
• Experience building and managing customer, supplier and vendor relationships.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of Customs & Excise requirements and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements from order entry through to delivery, as the first contact for queries.
• Deliver the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process in line with CARM principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, market teams and logistics providers.
• Coordinate freight processes and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Support initiatives such as product changes and QIR process coordination.
