Job summary

Diageo Ireland is seeking a Quality Laboratory Analyst to provide analytical and microbiological support to production and technical teams. You will be the quality voice within the aligned team, ensuring safe, quality-focused operations and delivering service excellence.

You will work across the brewery with production colleagues, taking responsibility for your training and development and contributing to continuous improvements in quality, safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• We'd love to see strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in a lab setting.
• Ability to prioritise demands and deliver high-quality results.
• Good organisational skills and teamwork within a production environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software.
• Experience supporting quality or production operations in a lab.

Responsibilities

• Commit to Occupational Health and Safety and champion safety as a priority.
• Follow Food Safety and Quality Management System instructions for safe products.
• Provide analytical and microbiological testing to production and support teams.
• Act as the quality voice of the aligned team and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technical and operational colleagues on laboratory needs.
• Develop your laboratory expertise and capabilities through on-the-job training.
• Contribute to delivering high-quality, cost-efficient service across the brewery.
