Job summary

Bulmers Ireland seeks a Quality Dispense Team Lead to join the Brands Dispense team in Ireland. You will report to the Brands Dispense Quality Manager and lead a small team of technicians, overseeing routine servicing and maintenance of beer, cider, wine, and carbonated soft drinks to ensure top-quality product dispense.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with sales, and readiness for overtime during events, with a focus on safety and equipment integrity.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Quality Dispense or Installation technician role.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration/electrics/plumbing.
• Full and valid driving license.
• Ability to budget and manage resources.
• Flexible and mobile across ROI.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of dispense technicians.
• Undertake routine servicing and maintenance of dispense equipment to ensure high quality product dispense.
• Prioritise customer complaints and breakdown responses for efficiency.
• Complete work schedules aligned with KPIs.
• Train staff and customers on installation and dispense techniques with safety in mind.
• Shorthand liaison with sales to spot opportunities and risks.
