Job summary

Diageo is seeking a Primary Logistics Manager for Beer to lead safe, cost‑effective and sustainable end‑to‑end logistics from four production sites to market destinations. You will oversee a network of warehouses, ports, rail and 3PL partners, guiding a 20+ team and ensuring service, cost and sustainability objectives are met.

The role requires experience in transportation and warehousing operations within complex, cross‑functional environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading a team to deliver service, cost, cash, and productivity results.
• Experience managing third-party service providers and strategic supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of transportation and warehousing operations.
• Experience working within complex, cross-functional, and multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service and supply reliability across the beer network.
• Oversee movement across transport, rail, port, and warehousing operations; optimize flows and performance.
• Drive KPIs, cost reductions, and productivity improvements; strengthen network resilience.
• Build partnerships with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, and third-party providers to meet service and cost goals.
