BMS Performance Ireland is seeking an Recruitment Resourcer for Sales & Engineering as a first step into our fast-paced, target-driven recruitment business. The role combines candidate sourcing, screening and outreach with training and clear progression within a busy sales environment.

Hybrid working in Sandyford with 3–4 days in the office, structured KPIs and opportunities to develop a career in recruitment and sales across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and headhunting candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Conducting initial screening calls with prospective candidates.
• Proactively approaching passive candidates about suitable opportunities.
• Building candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Producing regular recruitment, activity and candidate reports.
• Working towards structured weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
• General recruitment administration and database management.
