Job summary

BMS Performance Ireland is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive new business opportunities while managing ongoing relationships. The role blends outbound prospecting with administration, supporting the sales team.

You will contact businesses, qualify leads, and coordinate with HR and payroll stakeholders. The position offers hybrid/remote working, a clear career path, and a base salary of €34,000–€40,000 with uncapped OTE. Full product training provided and opportunities across Ireland.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, retail, or customer service environment.
• Experience in business development is beneficial but not essential.
• Proactive and motivated by generating new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity.
• Contacting and developing relationships with prospective customers.
• Qualifying leads and passing larger opportunities to the wider sales team.
• Managing a structured prospecting and follow‑up process.
• Re‑engaging with dormant and existing accounts.
• Building relationships with HR, payroll, and senior business stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate records of activity and opportunities.
• Working towards agreed sales and lead‑generation targets.
• Supporting the wider commercial team with customer and administrative requirements.
