Job summary

HR Search in Dublin is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a busy HR team within a leading professional services firm. The role covers recruitment from briefing to offer and onboarding, collaborating with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract talent across professional and business support functions.

Based in Dublin 2 with an on-site presence, five days in the office during probation and then three to four days post-probation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment across professional and business support roles.
• Experience recruiting for specialist or hard-to-find roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels, incl. senior leaders.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment reporting and market intel.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on needs, search strategies and shortlists.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and more.
• Build talent pipelines and nurture relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with agencies for offers, contracts and onboarding.
• Support employer branding, recruitment marketing and candidate experience.
• Use salary benchmarking and market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Contribute to recruitment systems, processes and inclusive hiring.
