Job summary

Auto Boland Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process across our automotive brands in Ireland. You will craft recruitment campaigns, build strong talent pipelines and partner with managers to fill a wide range of roles from apprenticeships to senior positions.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a keen interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• End-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
• Interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from advertising to offers
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality applicants
• Write engaging job advertisements and manage vacancies online
• Utilize LinkedIn, social media and other channels to promote opportunities
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future needs
• Collaborate with managers to understand vacancies and candidate requirements
• Coordinate employment offers, references, contracts and onboarding documentation
• Monitor recruitment performance and identify improvements
