Auto Boland Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process across our automotive brands in Ireland. You will craft recruitment campaigns, build strong talent pipelines and partner with managers to fill a wide range of roles from apprenticeships to senior positions.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in recruitment, strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and a keen interest in recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

Full-Time - 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys finding great people, developing recruitment campaigns and building talent pipelines. You will take ownership of internal recruitment across the business, helping us attract high-quality candidates for a wide variety of positions.

From apprenticeships and graduate programmes to experienced technicians, sales professionals and management roles, you will play a key part in supporting our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to interviewing, selection, reference checks and job offers.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality applicants across all departments.
• Write engaging job advertisements and manage vacancies across online job boards and recruitment platforms.
• Use LinkedIn, social media and other digital channels to promote job opportunities and generate applicants.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future recruitment requirements.
• Work closely with department managers to understand vacancies, recruitment needs and candidate requirements.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages.
• Manage recruitment campaigns for apprenticeships, graduate programmes and student placements.
• Build relationships with schools, colleges, universities and training providers to attract emerging talent.
• Promote Auto Boland as an employer of choice through employer branding, recruitment marketing and social media activity.
• Organise and attend career fairs, recruitment events and college engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems.
• Coordinate employment offers, reference checks, contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Monitor recruitment performance and identify opportunities to improve candidate attraction and recruitment processes.

What We Are Looking For

• 2-4 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple vacancies.
• Strong candidate sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn, social media, job boards and digital recruitment platforms.
• A genuine interest in recruitment marketing, employer branding and talent attraction.
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple recruitment campaigns.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR information systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
• A proactive, creative and results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and build strong relationships with managers across the business.
