CEL Critical Power Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume recruitment for Ireland's production workforce. You will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns, optimize the ATS, and deliver clear hiring metrics for leadership and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 3+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• 2+ years delivering high-volume hourly/operational recruitment.
• Hands-on Workable ATS experience including config and reporting.
• Experience running recruitment campaigns, assessment days and events.
• Sourcing via job boards, direct search, referrals and other channels.
• Ability to track performance with recruitment data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate headcount plans into hiring targets by role/site/shift/start date.
• Deliver high-volume recruitment across production and operational roles.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
• Plan sourcing days, assessment days and high-volume events, including offers.
• Manage candidates from application to start date.
• Reduce time-to-offer while maintaining a fair process.
• Own ATS setup, pipelines, scorecards and templates.
• Train hiring managers and agencies in ATS use and data quality.
• Produce weekly/monthly hires vs. plan reporting.
