Job summary

CPM Ireland is seeking an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse client accounts. You will partner with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders to attract and secure top talent in a competitive market, balancing operational delivery with strategic workforce planning.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will build pipelines, optimise sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate journey from attraction through onboarding,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition (In House OR Agency).
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies.
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment and selection capabilities.
• Strong sourcing via proactive recruitment methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Client Service Managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across functions and client accounts.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct screening interviews and competency-based assessments to identify suitable candidates.
• Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns to maximise engagement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the process.
• Proactively manage recruitment activity to meet SLA and hiring targets.
• Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
