Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Talent Acquisition and MWL Assistant to support end-to-end hiring across key sites. The role focuses on managing recruitment and onboarding cycles, ensuring staffing requirements are met for a maternity leave cover.

The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of recruitment best practices, strong communication skills, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems. SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Ability to conduct structured, competency-based and behavioural interviews.
• Experience with onboarding and new hire paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Implement overall recruiting strategy.
• Consult with managers to identify staff requirements and job objectives.
• Write job descriptions with the hiring manager.
• Post job descriptions on career boards and university boards.
• Source candidates via databases and social media.
• Evaluate and screen CVs and cover letters.
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Support hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
• Assist in conducting interviews with the hiring manager.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with right-to-work documentation.
• Maintain interview and paperwork records.
• Stay updated on current recruiting methods.
• Attend job fairs and career events.
