Job summary

Aramark Ireland is recruiting for a TA & MWL assistant to support key sites within the Aramark business on a full-time, on-site basis. You will oversee the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, ensuring staffing needs are met with top talent using SAP SuccessFactors.

The ideal candidate will bring solid recruitment knowledge, innovative thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver efficient hiring for maternity leave coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and onboarding.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement overall recruiting strategy and manage end-to-end process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staff requirements and job objectives.
• Write job descriptions and post to career websites and boards.
• Source candidates via databases and social media; screenCVs and letters.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding sessions; prepare new hire paperwork.
