Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in a quota-carrying role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in SaaS sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets within the SMB segment in the CEE region.
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Collaborate with partners, solution engineers and Salesforce teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with favorable terms.
