About the Role

This role presents a high-impact opportunity to join Ireland’s largest Tenant Representation team, where you will directly support senior fee earners on complex acquisitions, restructures, and occupier strategy. By taking ownership of independent transactions and coordinating cross-border mandates across our global network, you will ensure our team maintains its market-leading service standards and agility while scaling to meet increasing client demand.

What You’ll Do

• Support the team on transactions for office occupier clients (acquisitions, restructures and consultancy), whilst also being afforded autonomy to progress
• Support senior fee earners on active mandates, specifically lease negotiations, rent reviews, and occupier strategy.
• Assume independent ownership of designated transactions and instructions to ensure project continuity and service quality.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to manage cross-border mandates and integrate market intelligence into local strategy.
• Engage directly with multinational and domestic clients through meetings, presentations, and formal pitches.
• Author and prepare comprehensive client reports, deliverables, and strategic documentation.
• Manage and maintain proprietary databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date market data and efficient operational tracking.

What You’ll Need

• A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant experience (ideally), preferably with knowledge of the Dublin Office Market (but not essential)
