Cushman & Wakefield in Dublin is seeking an MRICS senior surveyor to join our Valuation & Advisory team. You will specialise in offices, retail, industrial and other property sectors, delivering timely, accurate commercial valuations for a prestigious client base.
You will manage client relationships, provide insightful analysis and growth-focused advice, while using Argus tools and rigorous processes to ensure compliance with AML, BER and data protection regulations.
Our Dublin based Valuation & Advisory teams advise on a range of sectors including offices, retail, industrial, hospitality, leisure and healthcare. We have a prestigious client base which covers institutions, FTSE quoted property companies and numerous debt providers. This role is to work specifically in our leading team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an MRICS qualified surveyor to join a leading team operating in a fast paced and dynamic market.
