Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the Dublin Office Market.
• Highly competent and ambitious, with strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.).
• Interest in / knowledge of, AI tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Support the team on transactions for office occupier clients (acquisitions, restructures and consultancy).
• Assist senior fee earners on active mandates, including lease negotiations, rent reviews, and occupier strategy.
• Take ownership of designated transactions to ensure project continuity and service quality.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to manage cross-border mandates and integrate market intelligence into local strategy.
• Engage with multinational and domestic clients through meetings, presentations, and pitches.
• Prepare comprehensive client reports, deliverables, and strategic documentation.
• Maintain proprietary databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date market data and efficient operations.
