Job summary

CBRE Ireland is seeking a proactive Analyst to join Ireland’s leading Tenant Representation team. You will directly support senior fee earners on complex acquisitions, restructures, and occupier strategy, taking ownership of transactions and coordinating cross-border mandates.

You’ll work with international colleagues, prepare client reports, and engage with multinational clients through meetings and pitches. A 1–2 year background and strong MS Office skills are desired.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ relevant experience, preferably with knowledge of the Dublin Office Market.
• Highly competent with strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.).
• Interest in/knowledge of AI tools and resources.

Responsibilities

• Support the team on transactions for office occupier clients (acquisitions, restructures and consultancy), whilst also being afforded autonomy to progress.
• Support senior fee earners on active mandates, specifically lease negotiations, rent reviews, and occupier strategy.
• Assume independent ownership of designated transactions and instructions to ensure project continuity and service quality.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to manage cross-border mandates and integrate market intelligence into local strategy.
• Engage directly with multinational and domestic clients through meetings, presentations, and formal pitches.
• Author and prepare comprehensive client reports, deliverables, and strategic documentation.
• Manage and maintain proprietary databases to ensure accurate, up-to-date market data and efficient operational tracking.
