Job summary

Centra Castletroy is seeking a motivated supervisor for a part-time role. You will manage and motivate your team to ensure the store operates efficiently and delivers the best customer service daily.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a customer service role, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team, multi-task and organise work. You will lead by example, support training and uphold Centra brand values in merchandising and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work as part of a team.
• Ability to organise work and support team members in the store.

Responsibilities
