Job summary

Centra store in Cork is seeking an experienced candidate to manage and motivate the team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers outstanding customer service at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a customer service facing role, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational skills to delegate tasks and support staff. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and a positive, community-based store culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
