Job summary

Centra in Ireland is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead and motivate the team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations. You will oversee rotation, merchandising and staff development while modelling Centra brand-values locally in Cork.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple tasks, support colleagues and drive a positive, customer-centric environment on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
