Job summary

Centra in Dromahair is seeking a Supervisor to lead and motivate the team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and delivers the very best customer service experience at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a customer service role, excellent communication, the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task under pressure, organise work, delegate responsibilities and support colleagues, and uphold Centra brand values.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role.
