Job summary

Centra in Roscommon is seeking an Evening Supervisor to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer service. The role focuses on ensuring store efficiency and a positive shopping experience for customers in a busy retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task while supporting team members and managing daily tasks in the store.

Main purpose of the role:

Manage and motivate your team, ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively and to provide our customers with the very best customer service experience at all times.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have/be
